Shipping Info: Once an order is shipped, the shipping time is dependent per country due to a) distance, b) customs, and c) local mail service. We are based in The Netherlands. In our experience, average shipping times are as followed*:

– The Netherlands: ± 1/2 business days
– Rest of Europe: ± 1 week
– Rest of the world: ± 1 month
Return Policy: To return your item(s), please contact us at crowncompassband@gmail.com . We will provide you the details of how to return your item(s). Please note that you will have to pay the postage costs.

Once we received the item back, we will refund the costs of the returned item(s). In case you wish to exchange your item(s), please make a new order.

Please note: the item you are returning should be unworn, unwashed (if it`s an item of clothing) and in its original condition.

In case you received the wrong item or the received item is damaged upon arrival, please email us at crowncompassband@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement.
